Circuit of the Americas construction coming along, locals eagerly anticipating first race.

The real Circuit of the Americas track in SE Travis County may not be finished yet, but the miniature one in NW Travis County is getting ready for some racing in just a few weeks. Here is a recent construction pic. Keep your eyes out for some well known F1 cars to be showing up in Austin (in 1:32 scale) this May!

The long leg angle had to be changed a bit due to room size constraints, but I feel this is a fairly accurate rendition considering it is plastic track and only 18 feet long.
