Scalextric is releasing a limited edition version of the Tumbler as seen in Batman Dark Knight Rises. This will be a limited edition in a numbered box,  great for both Batman fans and collectors of uncommon and unusual slot cars.  Keep your eye on the Races2U Speed Store to see when they are available.  

Tomorrow is the last F1 Watch Party of the summer, and then we have a 5 week break until the next race. Come on out to Cool River Cafe’ at Parmer and Amherst to check out all the cool cars and hot racing action. Hope to see you all there.

Austin already has a great analog slot car racing league sponsored by and held at Kings Hobby Shop on N. Congratulations to the 2012 graduating class of Leander High School.  The students that attended the Project Graduation lock-in were certainly involved in a lot of car crashes, but no one was hurt and no property was damaged, as they crashed slot cars into the wee hours of the morning.  Here’s wishing a bright future to all these…
